The company has established a perfect 3-class quality assurance system and a sound quality management network which are under the direct guidance of the quality management committee. In accordance with the requirements of GMP on the setup of institutions, the company has set up Quality Management Department and Quality Inspection Center in charge of quality management and inspection of the whole company. QA is in charge of quality management and assurance of the whole company, and QC the quality inspection work of the whole production process of the pharmaceutical products.
The independent Quality Management Department is in charge of the quality supervision and management work of products. The quality management staff is in charge of the quality supervision work of the whole process from quality auditing of the raw materials from the supplier to product release, as well as market tracking of the quality of products and visiting customers. Quality Inspection Center, equipped with the advanced inspection instruments and facilities which are separated from the production workshop, is in charge of the inspection work of the whole company, including the preparation of the standard solution, the inspection and sample observation of raw materials, intermediate products, and finished products.
The company has established a sound document management system which guarantees the quality of drugs. In line with the principle of “all behaviors must have standards, records, monitoring and can be traceable”, the company organizes production in strict accordance with the GMP requirements by making regular GMP self-inspection, formulating rectification measures for the “fault” project and filling out GMP On-site Appraisal Table by a designated person every month.
In the quality principle of "regulating process control, pursuing perfect quality”, the company constantly raises the production level and quality management level, and further strengthen the sense of quality, so that people can use safe, effective and assured medicines.
